Certified Retailer Requirements for Acceptance

  • Independently owned and operated "brick and mortar" specialty store. Store cannot be a publicly traded entity nor sell "used" products.

  • Completion and Approval of "Application to Become a Certified Retailer."

  • Agreement to abide by the Code of Conduct of All Baby & Child, Inc.

  • Demonstrated commitment to the independent "brick and mortar" retail industry by participation in local or state retail merchants association, chamber of commerce or by verified attendance at a minimum of one ABC Kids Expo during the past 3 years.

  • Payment of annual fee.

  • Retail store members of the ABC affiliated trade groups are automatically accepted as certified retailers upon receipt of a fully completed application and the annual fee.
