The All Baby & Child Code of Conduct is a statement of common values of this organization. It is to guide us in the decisions we make as businesses and individuals and to assist us with our responsibilities in regard to legal and ethical business practices as independently owned and operated specialty stores.

All entities and individuals accepted as certified retailers of All Baby & Child, Inc. agree to abide by the following organization Code of Conduct provisions:

• Maintain the highest standards of legal and ethical business standards, by providing honest, fair and ethical treatment to associates, suppliers, consumers and the media in all dealings and representations.
  
  
• Positively promote the name of the organization and what it stands for to the consumer by any and all means possible.
  
  
• Actively promote and encourage the highest level of integrity within our organization and the industry.
  
  
• Work together in a cooperative spirit with other certified retailers in order to benefit the organization, it's affiliated certified retailers and it's consumers.
  
  
• Provide to All Baby & Child, Inc. any change of ownership and store openings or closings within 30 days of such activity.
  
  
• Represent All Baby & Child, it's programs and policies without rancor. Support the organization and the industry by participation herein.
